A U.S.-based trading company that is providing liquidity services to clients while promoting a more efficient marketplace, is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for mentoring and helping teams to scale features across the organization. The company is enabling clients to resolve some of the toughest challenges in the market by providing them with expert inputs from a team of professional traders, quants, technologists, and operations teams. This is a nice opportunity for developers who enjoy tackling complex problems to bring tangible results.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop an API to help clients perform actions on the platform effectively
Translate actions from a client into actions on the counter-party system
Manage the internal state of orders that trade in financial markets
Help to augment the external utilities team

Requisitos

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Extensive experience in Python
Prolific experience in OMSes
Nice to have experience with NumPy/Pandas
Prior experience working on OMSes or integrating with vendor OMSes
Demonstrable experience in the Python ecosystem with the NumPy/Pandas stack is strongly preferred
Comfortable writing in a test-driven style and working within an Agile-like sprint framework
Fluent in verbal and written English
