- Work on a cross functional team to help design, build, test, deploy, and monitor features.
- Have a say in what’s built and how we build it — we won’t simply hand you specs of what to build.
- Practice continuous integration and continuous delivery to ship changes multiple times a week.
- Troubleshoot and fix problems preventing those people from accomplishing their tasks.
- Create technical documentation for architecture solutions.
- Lead brown bags in UI patterns
- Building single page apps (SPAs) with React
- Building accessible UIs with semantic HTML and CSS
- PHP, Java, JavaScript experience
- Server side MVC frameworks
- Relational databases and SQL
- Writing automated tests for your code
- REST APIs and OAuth
- Computer science concepts — Big O notation, pointers, data structures, etc.
- Distributed version control (like git), feature branches, and pull requests
- Advanced English (mandatory)
