Atividades e Responsabilidades

• Own and improve infrastructure across environments, primarily on AWS, with responsibility for uptime, cost, security, and scalability.
• Lead and execute cloud migration efforts from Azure to AWS as part of our recent acquisition.
• Maintain and evolve our Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) setup.
• Ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and development tools to support engineering productivity.
• Enhance platform observability with Datadog and Sentry, and support best practices around monitoring and alerting.
• Collaborate on ISO 27001 implementation and security best practices.
• Support platform scalability and deployment in coordination with back-end engineers (Node.js, TypeScript).
• Help define internal processes and documentation for DevOps operations.

Requisitos

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Solid hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc).
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automation practices.
• Experience or understanding of cloud migration projects.
• Knowledge of modern observability stacks (Datadog, Sentry or similar).
• Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken) as a working language.
• Bonus: Experience with ISO 27001, Frontegg, or hybrid-cloud environments.
Location

Based in Brazil, with a preference for candidates located in Curitiba (PR) or remote within the states of Paraná or São Paulo.
