What you'll do 

- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to actively contribute to feature development and maintenance of a global B2B e-commerce platform.
- Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tools for test development, automation, and process improvement in release cycles.
- Advocate for an exceptional user experience in collaboration with product, design, and technology teams.
- Adhere to best development practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement quality strategies that align with the team's delivery goals.
- Tackle complex problems to create world-class solutions.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of a global B2B e-commerce platform, influencing its architecture and functionality.

Requisitos

What you'll need  

- A solid foundation in backend development with Java, including experience with object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.

- Proficiency in developing RESTful services and microservices, with hands-on experience in the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC).

- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts, including unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like Azure.

- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and experience working in Agile project environments.

- Exposure to messaging systems like RabbitMQ and NoSQL databases.

- Understanding of observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, New Relic or Grafana.

- Ability to work autonomously, recognizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.

- A passion for continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
