Atividades e Responsabilidades

The role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll join a cross-functional team building features to be used by multiple companies using the service for paying variable ammounts to other parties.
You will develop engaging user experiences iteratively using modern technologies with a focus on experience and maintainability.

Different from many companies, you won't be making only "CRUD" applications, you'll be solving hard software and architectural problems (sync and async computation, calculation engines, etc...).

Above all, we are looking for people who will make SplitC better.

So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.

Requisitos

- Self motivated and initiative taker.
- You understand system design very well (from scratching to implementation).
- You know how to deploy your own software to the cloud;
- You have at least 2 years of experience working with Backend;
- You have experience defining easy to maintain architecture and code;
- You love testing and improving code through CI/CD pipelines and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing;
- You have experience working in cross-functional teams, using agile frameworks;

What you’ll do:
- Work in a cross-functional small team with other developers and the co-founders;
- Help us to iterate fast and learn about our customers by planning, building, testing and launching features;
- Collaborate with engineers to continuously improve our codebase, user experience, and processes;
- Work together with other team members through mob/pair programming, and code reviews;
- Contribute to the product by talking to customers, and sharing ideas on how to make the life of the customers easier
