Atividades e Responsabilidades

Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Drive innovation, explore new technologies, and champion best practices within the organization.
• Mitigate technical impediments and ensure smooth project execution.
• Development and Architecture:
• Hands-on development using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Front-end development using Angular (Angular 2+).
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.
• Architect and optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
• Proficient in Azure DevOps (formerly known as Visual Studio Team Services).
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless deployment processes.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and challenges.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software on time.

Requisitos

Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience working with the .NET platform (including .NET 4.5).
• Strong proficiency in Angular (version 2 and above).
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript).
• Experience with version control systems.
• Ability to estimate project efforts and plan accordingly.
• Passion for coaching and mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is desirable.
