Nosso time é remoto com pessoas atualmente no Brasil e EUA.

We at Astride are looking for a full-stack developer to help us to build the leading digital accounting service for people that invest globally.

We're a small, early-stage startup, but with big ambitions and a big mission.

Our team only has Brazilians at this moment, but we have the ambition to expand to new countries.

Astride.us is a digital platform specializing in international taxation and accounting for foreign investors, demystifying and bringing solutions and knowledge to non-Americans who invest or want to invest in the US. With more than 25 years of experience from its founding partner, the company has services that are 100% automated and in Portuguese, facilitating the understanding of its users.

Our goal is to be the biggest reference in international tax consulting in Brazil. Demystify, simplify, help, and improve the user's relationship with American bureaucracies, in one click.

As a full-stack developer, you will help us to build new features and integrations, integrate with multiple third-party tools, and help to resolve complex problems.

Requisitos

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

For this role, we're looking for 3+ years of experience developer with some of the following skills:

* Elixir (important);
* Phoenix Framework & LiveView;
* Tailwind CSS;
* Development and implementation of APIs;
* Knowledge of code development best practices;
* Familiarity with agile methodologies;
* Ability to learn quickly, solve different types of problems and adapt to constant changes;
* Active participation in Technology communities (lectures, meetups, events, tech talks, blogs) is a differential.
