Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced ReactJS Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Medium/Senior ReactJS Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers, to bring innovative ideas to life and create high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement robust and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS.
2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, interactive, and engaging user interfaces.
3. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
4. Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.
5. Conduct thorough testing of frontend components and applications to ensure high-quality and bug-free software.
6. Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.
8. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, improve team collaboration, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
9. Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, providing timely resolutions and bug fixes.
10. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.

Requisitos

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Proven experience of 3+ years in frontend development, with a focus on ReactJS.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related frontend technologies.
4. In-depth knowledge of ReactJS and its core principles, such as Virtual DOM, state management, and component lifecycle.
5. Experience with popular ReactJS libraries and frameworks, such as Redux, React Router, and Material-UI.
6. Proficiency in building responsive and mobile-first web applications using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
7. Familiarity with frontend build tools, package managers, and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn).
8. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
9. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with testing frameworks and libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
2. Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks, such as Node.js or Django.
