Atividades e Responsabilidades

Within a small development team (4 developers), a candidate should be fine with some organizational and technical lead tasks.
This includes code reviews, assigning and organizing development tasks (we do that with JIRA), having a look at the solution architecture.
Customer orientation and contact is also relevant; requirements management and consulting are a part as well.

Good knowledge in Java development is mandatory for this role. Further technical skills are
• database knowledge, preferably with Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Swing as UI framework (will not be a disqualifier)
• basic Unix knowledge
