Atividades e Responsabilidades

We invite a software engineer to join our team of 30+ professionals who have been working on creating a data ecosystem for financial instruments. Our client is a US-based financial startup. Together, we are developing an innovative business platform for capital market professionals. The goal of the product is to document and distribute financial instruments on a more standardized basis. We use Blockchain to connect notarized data to digital tokens, which represent proof of ownership of assets. You will handle technical oversight of our solutions and will solve underlying business problems related to the technical design. What's in it for you:
Dive into the blockchain technologies, gain expertise in fintech domain, and discover a domain-driven design concept
Work with modern technologies (Node.JS, Angular 9+, AWS, Docker, TeamCity)

Key responsibilities:
Closely communicate with stakeholders and clients to justify technical design
Deliver our solutions to production and continuous integration
Participate in the development of new product features as well as the support and maintenance of existing ones
Reach and maintain a deep understanding of our business domain, and participate in requirement grooming and planning sessions
Evaluate technical solutions, identify, document and track technical risks
Perform work decomposition and estimation together with the team
Follow the project SDLC and suggest improvements where applicable
Document the technical solutions suggested
Contribute to the maintenance of CI/CD practices

Requisitos

Qualifications and experience:
10+ years’ experience in designing and driving the implementation of commercial, enterprise cloud software
Strong foundational infrastructure skills, including architecture principles and design patterns of distributed systems
Strong aptitude for collaboration, ability to lead and influence a team of leaders, active listening skills, and ability to understand and solve complex technical concepts
Fluent spoken and written English for daily communication with the client and international teams
Experience with Node.js (TypeScript), Nest.js (Express.js)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS product suite (CloudFormation, ECS, EKS, Cognito, RDS, S3, ALB, SES, WAF, SNS, SQS).
Hands on coding experience
Strong modeling and design skills

Nice to have:
Experience with Microservices patterns, DDD, CQRS and Event Sourcing
Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other SQL solution, Redis
Experience with Angular and CI/CD automation
Blockchain experience
