Atividades e Responsabilidades

We invite an experienced Software Engineer to join Payer Compass — a market-leading healthcare cost containment service that provides affordable, deductible health insurance plans that can save money in the form of lower premiums and tax breaks. The platform facilitates reference-based pricing for employers concerned with health care costs and offers patient advocacy advice, a data analytics reporting tool and accredited care management services. You'll help us to develop new features, including ones that will be used for a technological prognosis. What's in it for you:

Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the new product features, support and maintain existing ones
- Reach and maintain a deep understanding of our business domain and participate in requirement grooming and planning sessions
- Evaluate technical solutions, identify and inform on technical risks
- Perform work decomposition and estimation together with the team
- Follow the project SDLC and suggest improvements where applicable
- Do pull requests; review and monitor your own and overall code quality
- Support Sprint commitments and help teammates reach the Sprint goal
- Document the technical solutions suggested and contribute to the maintenance of CI/CD practices

Requisitos

- 5+ years' experience in .NET
- Working experience with Angular (we use v10 for now)
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ
- Experience with RESTApi, ASP.NET MVC
- Experience with application architecture, knowledge of design patterns
- Experience in working with distributed systems, availability, deployment
- Good knowledge of relational DB concepts, MS SQL and SQL/TransactSQL
- Solid OOP/OOD and SOLID skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Nice to have:
- Experience with Redis
