SendOwl é uma plataforma que possibilita que criadoras de conteúdo vendam seus produtos digitais online com facilidade. Nossos usuários vem de dezenas de países e oferecem os mais variados produtos e serviços.

Somos um time pequeno, baseado nos Estados Unidos, Inglaterra e Argentina, mas com interesse de desenvolver um polo de developers no Brasil. Nós trabalhamos 100% em Inglês. Segue a descrição em Inglês:

About our team:

We act like owners, and we do the right thing, always.

We’re always kind, but hold each other to a high bar; we keep each other grounded and try to give each other the support to do our best work.

We work remotely, we get the job done and largely work when we want to as long as we all overlap a few hours a day. We're busy at work, but like our merchants, we have lives too.

As a small team we are our own project managers. While we discuss broad direction as a team, on a day-to-day basis you'll be responsible for your work so you'll need to be good at taking ownership and reporting back to the team and moving with resolve and focus.

Our team subscribes to strong beliefs loosely held. Stand for something - we rely on all team members expressing their view and we are always willing to see things from a different perspective. We can disagree and commit if we have to (but hopefully, we find common ground).

In our industry (and in business more broadly), there are hard problems that need solving, and hard problems that don't need solving. As a small team, it’s important to focus and prioritize the problems that our users need us to solve.

- Implementar novas funcionalidades na plataforma SendOwl para melhor servir nossos usuários. Novas paginas, integrações com APIs, e outras features variadas
- Trabalhar com o resto da equipe para desenvolver e opinar em questões arquiteturais ou de design técnico
- Participar na rotação de suporte aos nossos usuários

Requisitos

- Você trabalha como Rails developer há mais de cinco anos e entende de Javascript e HTML/CSS. Nosso trabalho é full-stack, mas há mais complexidade no back end.
- Você fala inglês fluente. Um dos nossos devs é Brasileiro, mas todo o trabalho ocorre em inglês, começando pela entrevista. Não esperamos Inglês perfeito, mas é necessário comunicar-se com clareza em inglês escrito e falado.
- Você é focada no produto. Nós somos um time pequeno, então todos somos "product manager" as vezes, então um olho focado no produto é essencial
