Atividades e Responsabilidades

In your day-by-day, you will work with the product, design, and engineering teams to plan and implement new features, evolve software, and guide less-experienced developers. The team is Brazil and USA-based, and all communication is in English.

About you:

- Loves programming
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Takes initiative in meetings directly with the client to talk and contribute where new features are discussed
- Is (at least partly) self-taught - learn by reading and from online materials
- Wants to grow as a technologist and knows that hard work is necessary to do so
- Can read, write, understand, and maintain a conversation in English (don’t worry if you’re not fluent, we’ll take you if you’re sort of OK but willing to learn)

Requisitos

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience with API development, relational databases, and some DevOps
- Worked with Python, Typescript or similar interpreted languages
- Worked with C, C++, C#, Rust or similar compiled languages
- Worked with PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs
- Experience writing automated tests

Preferred Qualifications:

- MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience as a back-end developer
- Significant experience with a major framework such as Django or ASP.NET Core
- Experience developing GraphQL APIs
- DevOps experience, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with functional, statically typed languages (Haskell, F#, OCaml)
