Atividades e Responsabilidades

The position will operate in a cross-functional and Global ( international ) environment
contributing to the successful implementation of Innovation initiatives. Role will lead the
regional cultural behaviors and adoption of Innovation, will provide support on
discovery and documentation of projects, design and development of automations
using low code-no code platforms. Looking for an aspiring Application Developer to
work with us on coding functional programs and applications. You will work as part of
the Innovations team and develop web and mobile applications individually on nocode/low-code/pro-code platforms such as PowerApps or Quick Base (driven by
business requirements).

Responsibilities
- Generate use cases, build project pipeline through art of possible sessions and
demos by push and pull techniques
- Understand business requirements and how they translate in application features
- Create quick prototypes according to specifications
- Leading design sessions and collaborate on designing the UI/UX with business
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing, and manage changes based on
feedback
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, provide technical support for the app
accountable for
- Showcase thought leadership; look for ways to identify better business solutions
via Mobile Apps
- Anticipate Business needs related to Mobile Apps based on business trends and
previous projects
- Build and maintain Stakeholder relationships
- Expected to own multiple Applications in parallel and support global teams across
business and IT functions.
- Collaborate with Global IBS Center of Practice teams on overall governance and
best practices

Key Skills
- Develop apps on no code / low code platforms such as PowerApps and
QuickBase
- Knowledge of functional as well as object-oriented programming
- Development experience using the following: JavaScript, JQuery, TypeScript,
React, .NET C#, PnP, HTML5, CSS3, SharePoint Framework (SPFX)
- Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
- Understanding/familiarity with DBMS
- Prior understanding of IT in FMCG would be added advantage
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail Customer focus , Problem solving , Learn on the fly ,
priority settings and time-management skills

Requisitos

- Formação em ensino superior ou técnico;
- Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban);
- Experiência prévia nas linguagens informadas;
- Inglês avançado ou fluente
